Friday, May 09, 2008I'll probably be turning this page into more of a news archive, as not enough happens really to warrant a whole blog dedicated to just updates and the like. Though what is new is that Rhoswane (the old Eithyne toon) is still a blacksmith/miner, while the new Eithyne (the new warrior toon) is a jewelcrafter/herbalist. So I've added/updated/revised the old Steel Eye Forge and put her up on the site. I might make a new header banner, but who knows. That new page is located here, and since Response-o-Matic sucks, I can only have one form, ergo Hordies get to use the contact sheet. Sorry! Tuesday, March 11, 2008Okay, so things have gotten very, very hectic lately, resulting in my non-updating-ness of Watchknight. Long story short, Eithyne has become two characters: a paladin and a warrior. Eithyne 1.0 and the basic details still persist on Emerald Dream, whereas Eithyne 2.0 continues the original storyline on the Venture Co. server. E2.0 is my main now, and is the 'original' Stormdove in the sense of personality and history, for the sake of continuing the storyline. E1.0 is a raid-buggy and her roleplay is an alternate world, not technically canon. Just to clarify, Watchknight will continue to follow E2.0, the warrior, as she is the culmination of the RP to this point. I may include a smaller section for E1.0, but we'll see! How I'm going to work with the old gear pages and whatnot is something I'll figure out as I go. By the by...warrior tanking sucks. Thursday, February 14, 2008
Happy Valentine's Day and a glorious "I Appreciate Your Existance" Day as well! And I'm sick. Still. Frickin' lovely...I'm driving home this weekend and it's still this damned Winterfest bullcrap and...gaah. I can't stop coughing, I look like death warmed over, I mean...is any of this fair? Honestly. Guest artwork and written works are updated! Updated E's current armor as well, considering there's a couple new pieces.

Finally posted some of my written works! Oiyiyi! Jeez, took me long enough...also, there will be a guest work section going in soon, including the 3D Model art of Virendis! Eventually...I promise, it'll go up soon. All I need to do now is scan and put up the cute little 'family portrait' I made for the Beoulve family...sadly, by the end of the 'Final' story arc, it'll be a little innaccurate. So far it includes Eithyne, Balbanes, Rhoswane, and baby Corgan. Baby Corgan is sooo adorable. *sigh* The story must go on though, I guess...

Eh...*sigh* There are not enough hours in the day, I've decided, and not enough time to relax. I'm going to get to sleep earlier, 2 AM is still too late. I'm thinking about putting up a parental control thing that'll stop me, disconnect me at about 12, 1 AM. Then the speed runs through Karazhan would be a little screwed...oi. What do you do with a tired E?

Back at college and still not mentally prepared for this. Ugh, oh well...my schedule is working out so I guess I dont' have anything to complain about. Updates: Gear goals under Technicalities, a list I hope will allow me to focus on what gear I want to get for Eithyne. Signed up for extra hours tomorrow...God, I must be insane. I could have said no, but, heh, always follow the money, honey. I was able to go in and get the "Buy 2 Get 2" on DVDs, so I got CSI Seasons 3, 4, and 5, and CSI: Miami Season 1, two for free. Heh, what an awesome deal, I'm really psyched about it. No dailies today, at least not yet. I don't think logging in right now is all of an amazing idea, so I'll just stick with the messengers. I still have to work on picturesfor people, and it's gonna take me forever to get them to look good.

WoW has been pure dailies for the past few weeks, since going home for Christmas break, and that is horribly boring...bleh. At least it's making good money and spending almost none. If I pay enough attention, I can avoid the majority of durability damage. Then again, I end up with a certain hunter talking to me and all of a sudden, I've died twice and my durability goes from 90% to 70%. Lovely, a broken shield! At least I had a backup... I eventually have to look up the possibility of starting the Netherdrake dailies and the Cooking dailies, first I have to get my cooking up. Cooking, fishing, dailies, 'kill this,' 'kill that' how can a girl be bored? I'm back at work at Gamestop and boy, they put you right back into the swing of things. I forgot how much standing and walking I do. 7 or 8 hours straight of no sitting, I never thought I could do it again...nevertheless, I'll be happy to be back at college. And back at the IT Department and Epsilon Productions. Phew...it's weird, but I can't wait for the rush of classes and cafeteria food again. Well...maybe not the food. But I do miss the company. Since this is the first entry of 'Watchknight,' I'm not going to post specific updates, that would get a little redundant...and it would take a lot of space, so instead, I'm posting planned updates: screenshot gallery, writing pieces, links page, perhaps even an in-character blog. <3, E |
Oooh happy day...more guild stuff. Delevi is coming up from Chicago to visit, should make for a fun weekend. I realized rather randomly a few nights ago that I have never really been camped. Once or twice maybe, but I've been pretty lucky at being able to disappear from a situation like that. Oh well. Exalted with Ogri'la! Got bought out at the Auction by Zeulus for 400g. 
The Midnight Reveries Guild Auction is tonight! I'm putting myself up, along with 250 adamantite ore and 10 Primal Earth. I hope I go for a lot, because that much adamantite is worth, alone, a good 500g. I probably could has kept it and saved the money up for Zeulus and his epic mount, but I really want to be of help to the guild. That and I decided to add a heroic instance run or three regular instance runs. Should be fun, because you can't not pick up badges. *insert cackle here* 
Ah, Christmas! The time of year when family and friends get together, eat too much and...watch 'The Gods Must Be Crazy'...?
Something seems wrong about this, but eh, it's our family. Beau got his sword, Amy got her art set, and Mom got her Stargate SG-1 DVDs! All and all, I think I won the award for the coolest presents.
Put me in the hole, yes, but at least I got money too. Only sucky thing is I have another 8-hour shift at Gamestop tomorrow, starts at 7 AM. That's not going to be pretty, because it's all going to be returns and one-day-sale shoppers. I just pray that everyone is nice...aggravated shoppers mean sad game advisors.
