Probably one of the best sites I've found for quest information and help, item lookup, and assistance with raid encounters. Not the best for maps or manual-gathering professions (herbalism & mining).
The Goblin Workshop
My main site for help with where to go for gathering professions: ore and herbs. Good maps, too, and the webmaster has a sense of humor. With a site name like that, who wouldn't?
Boss Killers
A raider's must, gives the low-down on who is on top, who is trying to be, and where your sorry butt is in comparison. Provides access to strategies for boss fights, some videos of fights, how to do what and where. When used in conjunction with Wowhead and Wowwiki, this is one of the best tools.
Wowwiki
A wikipedia site dedicated to all things Warcraft, this site is a good place to go for lore, rumors, peeks at upcoming content, and all around profitable information. The <Midnight Reveries> and their part in a major server event called 'Shadows Over Khaz Modan' are featured in their own article here.

Curse Gaming
Curse Gaming has been a staple for addons for WoW Gamers for a long time, and, despite the rickety search system, is still one of the better sites for any kind of game modification.

Wow Ace
When I know what I want, this is my first stop. If I'm searching for a general idea, then this isn't the place, but if I lost a file and I know the name, this setup is good for fast and easy addon downloading. Unfortunately, this also leads to me finding new addons that I want to try, thereby overloading my poor computer...

Wow Model Viewer
Something that has become my staple for Warcraft graphics and renderings is the Model Viewer. I'm able to create a character and become comfortable with his/her look before I finally create them in-game. Allows me to preview items (up to a certain point), and create graphics with which to play around with.
